Hello,
I'm looking for someone who can create a chat server like MSN's ([url removed, login to view]). I need this chat server to have all the same modes, commands, and looks of the MSN chat server...well, I don't want it to look exactly like it but some what the same. This new server would have to have its own Chat Control, a way to register users and allow users to create their own rooms and maintain their own rooms. I also wanted an Admin client with different levels of security for different Admin users (Administrator, System Operator, Guide)...for example, If I was an Administrator of the chat network then I would access to all the modes and commands but If I was a System Operator (Sysop) for the network then I would have some restrictions on the chat network. Thank you.
