Directory for homes/cars - Smart phone/iPhone App

I am looking for a GOOD app developer, I need a directory app created for cars and homes. Must have different categories like a regular car site would have, model, make, year, etc etc Also needs to be able to connect to facebook. We are going to need an online payment system where the user who wants to feature his vehicle simply pays online via paypal or cc and they get sent to an area where they can fill in their ad information and upload their pictures. We will then upload the information ourselves onto the app so it can be live as soon as possible. The app will be marketed local without a problem, we just need a GOOD app developer to help us out with the concept.
