Android App - GPS, Bluetooth SPP, web based API integration

I would like someone to create an Android application for me. It needs to be able to pair up with a device using SPP (serial port profile) and send it formatted strings of data - If device is not available display information on main app window. The data will come from an online API that has to be queried with current GPS coordinates. [login to view URL] - this is simple example, but I will give further information later. So - Your app is triggered from device, gets current GPS coordinate, sends it to API, and returns string to device via bluetooth SPP. App has to handle pairing with device if device isn't already available. Android API changed the way SPP works after 3.22 (API 13) This app needs to work with all newer versions and phones. If GPS or network is not available I would like app to let me know. Battery status could also be useful. I would also like this app to send me contact name (if available) or phone number of anyone that calls when device is active - my device will display to user, and they will have option to answer or ignore. If basic data from text messages can be displayed I will be happy! Application needs to run even when the screen is locked. If adding GPS tracking, and saving to a file isn't too hard that feature would be nice. Talk to me about requirements... this is secondary goal. I would like the completed working Eclipse files once it has been tested and working. I have the API, several pieces of code (that handles the SPP, and even inbound call interception/remote answer) and some screens mocked up. This should give you a good head start. This is an ongoing project and I would like someone I can send future projects. If you are familiar with Android AND Apple iOS please let me know, I want this app to work on both, but will treat that as seperate project. Not having to explain project to 2 developers will save time.
