I have a small desktop application developed in Java and want someone to convert it into C#. The application uses the Soap protocol for XML parsing and for interaction with live database. It is just used as a desktop notifier for a message waiting for the user on a web server. The app is pretty small - the source code in Java is only 60kB in size. Most of the work can be done automatically through one of the standard converters, and there is probably just a little more work to make it work.
