We are a technology enabled human capital solutions company. We have a diagnostic tool to enable companies to discover their people practices and build solutions aligned to their business strategy. We are looking for help on the following : 1. Database marketing - with a strategy of target client identification, communication and follow throughs to generate leads 2. Build awareness and engage through Social Media marketing- (we already have an SEO project completed, created Linked In, FB and twitter pages). Now the focus is to sustain it with a systematic plan and execution for 2017 and beyond 3. Create analytical capability through a simple tech patch to capture responses and leads 4. Engage our domain practitioners, research and contribute to writing content or blogs and post them regularly on our website or through mails. 5. Profile- Strong written communication skills , research capability, experience in digital and database marketing , ability to guide and work independently to deliver the agreed KPIs, set up CRM capability to track and follow through; Must have a proven track record. The project to be done preferably from India under the supervision of a local partner based in Chennai. The incumbent can be currently based from mumbai or chennai or bangalore.
