I have experience working as a virtual assistant doing phone and chat customer service, handling written and phone communication as well as different specific tasks such as: data analysis, data entry, phone & web research, follow-up emails, invoicing, accounting, phone recruiting, order processing, organizing records, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, Excel files, etc.
I have previously worked as a virtual assistant for a company USA based. I was in charge of recruiting my own team and coordinating it.
I would like to add that before doing customer service as a virtual assistant, I have worked in tourism and in banking doing constantly customer service and sales with a lot of pleasure.
I am willing to start as soon as possible and I would be very glad to have the chance to cooperate with you and to provide you all my support for all the ongoing projects.
