I have a sales administrative background and have promoted companies throughout Wales on a B2B basis.
A part of my duties as a sales administrator is to search the internet for information on companies, how they operate, total staff they employ and what each company specializes in order to offer to the general public, whether it is a service or product(s). If a company needed me to advertise for them i.e. vacancies, services or products I would use social media websites and ad posting sites.
Once the contract has been completed, I would create business documents such as sales invoices and enter all transactions onto account software, thus enabling me to have up todate customer and suppliers records. At the end of each week/month I would print financial reports to see the value of the company assets.
I have an accurate typing speed of approx 80/100 words per minute and able to convert files (jpg) from scanned images and enter data into word documents making sure all work entered is accurate and to a high quality standard.
