Though stating from 2001 till now I had worked as a Marketing Research Consultant. I leave in Belgium and I had successfully graduated from Gent Management Business School and got MBA degree. My main target clients are the companies from Belgium, and Belgium markets are familiar for me. I am solving the goals related to promote of new Products and Services to new markets, to carry out the necessary adaptation of products in order to meet the requirements of new markets. I do have strong analytical background as Marketing and Business expert. Also I am common to modern methods to evaluate results and to achieve the settled tasks including Network studies and arranging of Data Base analysis. Though from one hand I am an active person and enjoy pro-active participation and leadership, on another hand I am very much interested to solve analytical tasks. I have good ability to learn and to adapt to multicultural environments. If necessary, I perform necessary assistance for my clients in the Implementation Process. More than five years of my professional career have made me an expert in communication, especially in the field of NGO development. During my career I have successfully developed strong public speaking skills which have proven valuable in situations when I was facing challenges of addressing and communicating company’s vision and goals to different profiles of audiences. Having a vast experience in the area of project management and considering the responsibilities of my current engagement, I am extensively involved in all levels of partnership building, marketing, and program development. In addition, I am used to managing multiple projects simultaneously, while at the same time meeting all deadlines. Being in charge monitoring and evaluating the work of multiple project coordinators, I also play the part in keeping them motivated and providing assistance and input in the areas of writing project proposals, strategic planning, and strategic communication. Being truly passionate about my work makes it easy for me to connect with other colleagues and partners. While I enjoy all aspects of my work, my favorite part of current employment includes working with young people, teaching and motivating them, and turning them into active citizens.
