Bot or Software to send millions of Youtube views per day

I am looking for a bot or software that could send millions of Youtube views per day. Please read the requirements carefully before putting your proposal. I am not looking for people who can send view to my Youtube views. I am looking for someone who can show me the bot / software that could deliver this purpose. I would do a thorough testing of this software and then only would close this job. Developing this software or bot from the scratch would be costly. Instead I am looking for someone to research and come up with an existing software that does the following functions. I know there are quite a lot of youtube view increasing software, but I simply don't have much time to do this research myself. My requirements: 1) The software should have the ability to get unlimited views (more than 500,000+ views to start with) in a single day. (24 hours) 2) The software should have the ability to handle multiple videos at the same time. 3) The software should not have a monthly payment and or purchase or credit or something related. Basically I am trying to get a software that has only the fixed one time payment. 4) Views should be Youtube safe. Videos shouldn't be banned by Youtube.
