Commission based advertising salesman - repost

I have a high ranked Golf site with a full golf network of my own that generates tons of targeted golf traffic. I serve up about 5-7 million ad impressions a month in one of the toughest and highest priced markets, golf. I need someone to work on a commission based salary(only commission) on advertising sales. I will offer up to %25 on sales in a niche where the average contract is around $10,000. We work with large companies like Nike, Adidas, Puma, callaway and all other large golf companies. It is a huge market and we do it the best. We can provide leads but sometimes you will need to gather your own, but with our demographic we can take in niches outside of golf. we have our own ad distribution server which can give clients stats and numbers while also being able to do geo targeting through our network. so we are far more advanced in this area than any other golf site or network. Commission only. there will be no base pay or flat salary. you make more when you sell more. I would like a English speaking person from either the U.S, Canada or U.K. Lets get rolling.
