Affiliate Manager needed

I am looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help us launch or affiliate marketing campaign.

You MUST have experience managing Affiliate marketing campaigns and recruiting affiliates.

I need this Affiliate Manager to:

1. Find and recruit lots of quality affiliates. (ACTIVE affiliates with experience)

2. Provide valuable advice and suggestions to increase our affiliate marketing program and online sales

3. Help design banners, landing pages and other tools to help affiliates sell our products.

4. Help manage our affiliate marketing campaign.

We are currently paying a 16% commission to our affiliates. Affiliates must be focused on US sales only. No international sales. We are currently established with Share-a-Sales. This week, we will be setup with Commission Junction, LinkShare and Clickbank. Any affiliates you recruit must be ACTIVE. You must use a variety of methods to attract and recruit affiliates. Most of the affiliates must be based in USA.
