Add 1,000 subscribers to my weight loss email list

Hello, I'm looking to increase subscribers to my weight loss email list. I have set up a page on my site that basically tells visitors to optin to my mailing list, which is 100% FREE. Once someone enters their first name and email, they then need to click a link in their email to confirm their subscription - this is in order to avoid spam complains or automated parsing of email addresses. I'm interested in USA subscribers mainly. Sure, a subscriber here and there may be from another country - but at least 80% of the subscribers need to be from USA. Also, the visitors need to be genuinely interested in losing weight. I have big plans for this list but, for now, I would like to do a test project of 1000 subscribers. If you do well with it, I can give you as much extra work as you want. I'm really on a deadline here so this 1000-subscriber project should have been completed in 25 days max.
