Back Link Type sites that have API's (Research)

Hello, I am looking to hire a research person to provide me an excel list of websites that have API's. The type of sites I am looking for are sites you could build a back link on. Sites such as: Document Sharing Sites: (Example: Docstoc, Doxtop and Issuu all have APIs) Article Sites Social Media Sites (Facebook and Twitter have APIs) Web 2.0 Sites etc. I am building a software that will distribute customers information to different sites that have API's building the customer back links. This task is probably best suited to someone who already has a good list of such sites and just needs to narrow down which one's support API's. I will want a link to the homepage of the site and a link to the API page. I will pick the freelancer who I think understand the task best and who I think will provide me the biggest list.
