CPA Lead Generation (Big Payments)

I am looking for 2-4 freelancers or teams that can generate a MINIMUM of 45 leads per day per account. I have several accounts that you will be working on. Offers range from simple 1 page submits such as email, zip, cell phone numbers to more complex free trials. Only place a bid if you are able to provide QUALITY leads. If you are found to be breaking ANY of these rules, you will not be paid for any work that you have done. When replying, please tell me about how you will generate these signups as well as how soon can you get started if you are awarded this project. I do not need or want to know your methods but I need to make sure that your methods will not cause problems with the network. The split on this project is 50/50. If the earnings reach 1000, 500 for you, 500 for me. The harder you work at this, the more you can make. Payment will be made once a month, net 30.
