Database for Email Marketing from UAE ONLY

Require an email database of email addresses from UAE only. Please note that i need atleast 80% of the emails to be working emails. Also if you have purchased the list do let me know. I DO NOT WANT THE EMAILS TO BE OF BUSINESSES.

While applying for this project, please mention the following:

1. How much is the total count

2. Is the database divided (if yes, please provide which categories)

3. Is this a purchased database or organically created
