Illustrate A Printable Size Chart for E-Commerce

Please see the attached size chart "RING AND BRACELET CHART", I would like you to re-design it to match some of the design of the other pictures like the "Cartier" example.
The paper should have a "ruler" that can be cutout and have cm/inch markings but the main markings are XS,SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE,XL marks.
Need to:
1. Make sure the size of the ruler when printed on a standard paper size is correct.
2. Make sure the sizes below are true on the ruler graphic, and when printed.
3. Font to be in OPEN SANS
4. Have the design oriented like the example.
5. Place our BV logo mark on the ruler like "Cartier" example.
6. Keep the page and design layout oriented like the original "[url removed, login to view]" example.
