Creating an illustration of "destination arrows" with a 3D look

The budget for this project is $100 USD We need an illustration of “destination arrows” with a 3D look. The illustration will be used in conjunction with a landmark picture to compose a Facebook cover banner. (Please note this tender is for the “destination arrows” only, we only mention the banner for your reference). Expected details of the illustration: Size: Small. As example consider that the destination arrows should not occupy more that ¼ of a landscape banner. We attach the image sample. Look and feel: It will be used in conjunction pictures, therefore it is better if the image can have a “real” look and feel as well (i.s. have to be less like a drawing and more like a picture). It need to have a 3D look, but we do not want it to look crowed (maximum 6 flags) We want to inspire the travel spirit and feature famous flags designs on the arrows. The flags to be featured: - China - USA - Japan - Brazil - UK - German Please note you do not need to use all six flags if design does not accommodate that much. Please select from above.
