Custom Forms For SharePoint 2013

Need an estimated 8 SP forms that includes sub forms. Details are available in requirement. Minimum Skills needed SharePoint, HTL5, Visual Studio, SP Designer, ASP.net

Need to put in at least 40 hours per week. If more hours are put in, that's fine, but not to go over 100 hours per week. Must show progress every Friday for the hours of work, along with status report to communicate issues and work completed.
