Convert mockup into html/less

I am looking to convert the 3 attached pages into HTML/CSS.
Requirements:
- Convert the 3 pages into html/less (it is actually 2 pages, 1 page is just showing the slide out NAV when you click on "=")
- NAV will need to be a slide out and should be component driven
- Mobile responsive
- Use Semantic UI framework
- Include map and dummy POIs (dots and markers)
Bonus points:
- Do it in a MeteorJS project using views and css files. Please mention this in your bid.
Happy to provide the underlying sketch file if required.
