Client-side 'inRead' ad format component development

The goal of the project is to develop and maintain a client-side JavaScript library / framework, which would allow us to position video advertising content (video ad player) within the heart of editorial content on publisher websites. The component is meant to be inserted by publisher web sites, in the middle of their editorial content (articles, blogs, etc), and would open the video advertising area to be visible, in the middle of the article, pushing the bottom half of the article down. The given component would support smooth expand and collapse movement, based on the web user's viewport (visibility area), as well as his scrolling motion and speed. The video player library, script tags & ability to display and track video ads would be provided by us. The given component would be required to interact with our video player on various events (e.g video loaded), and use several operations on the player we'll provide as API (e.g pause, play, volume controls) For further details & scope of work, please refer to the attached specifications document.
