The target end-user of your system must include customers, counter officers and administrators.
Customers can be Malaysians or foreigners and capable of booking the flight ticket. The counter officers will be using the system from counters in the airport and must be capable of booking the ticket for walk-in customers. Every successful transaction of ticket booking, the system must produce the receipt. Administrators must be able to add or update the flight schedules, view statistics of transactions for customers and counter officers and any other possible reports.
