Build & Design an Android App that works with a current Wordpress Plugin

We are looking for someone to build a smart looking Android App with a simple to use interface. The App will be an extension of a Wordpress Plugin called Lively Chat (details can be found here: [login to view URL] ) In a nutshell the plugin allows visitors of a website to start a chat conversation with the admin or logged in user of a wordpress website. We would like an Android app that would allow a user/owner of a Wordpress website to receive and respond to these messages. The app should be able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. The app also needs to run in the background and automatically notify the mobile phone user that a new message has been received. The app needs to follow Google Play standards so that we can release it in the market place. This app is being developed with the permission of the Wordpress Plugin creators and as such you will have unlimited access to any plugin information.
