We are testing basketball players every few months, and after each, we would like to have some charts for every player, showing his improvement. There are about 12-15 different variables, which means 12-15 lines on one page (Wish is to have 4 charts, on each 3-4 lines, and above each "point" also a label of palyers result)- see pdf.
I managed to make charts that I am happy with (design- look sheet 1), but the way I was able to get 4 lines on one chart as I wanted, was to compute new variables from actual ones, so that single variables takes range from 0-0,25 next one from 0,25-0,5,... so I could have 4 lines on one chart, but problem here is, that when I add labels, I don't get actual values of course, but those new ones (0-0,25). And this is where my problem is. I would like to automaticly get actual values as labels. I hope anyone could help me and tell what should I do, because now I add values manually, and it takes ages.(This is my improvised way of getting these charts, I believe there is easier way too).
Goal is to filter (filter "priimek") a player in sheet 2 and in sheet 1 I get a chart for only this player (in a some chart like one in sheet 1), and as labels I would already get real values, not ones I made charts from.
If there is another, easier way to get this done, I am more then willing to hear your ideas (If there is easier way to get these type of graphs, if there is other way to get whole thing done,...)
Here is document, in which you can see what I have done. In first sheet, there is graph, which I would like to get (something similar to that) for a player (without labels, which I should now add manually) I filter in 2nd sheet of an excell file.- There is also a PDF file uploaded, how it should look alike at the end (It would be great as you see, if name of a player could also be displayed automaticly and date).
As I said, everything could be done from beginning, just chart at the end should look something like that:)
When you complete your project, I would need whole explanation of every step as well.

I just tried plotting chart for BARIČ with Columns J to M (with original data). The charts are coming up as required by you. Since the original data is used data labels can be added. However I am not sure this could be true for all combinations of variables.
Only last week I completed a project where I had to develop a dashboard containing 112 charts that is viewable on a single screen( yes, no scroll allowed). In your case too, Sheet1 can be designed to accommodate 16 charts instead of 4 charts without affecting your current look and feel. And meeting your requirement to have data labels.

I reviewed the spreadsheet you shared and also the PDF file that was the sample output. If I understand the requirement correctly, for example, for Sprint 20m, the data is coming from column AD but you want it to show the label from actual value. I can certainly do this. I noticed however, that the graph has several values that are on the same vertical line and hence the data labels look cluttered. Are you okay with that?
