Get a Website Built

I need a person who can do some quick photoshops as and when required. I require a person who can make changes to the existing images or find new one, edit a bit according to my requirements. It will not a be one project-specific task but I'll require him to make changes as and when required. The type of work I need is explained below:- Here is existing test picture:- [login to view URL] In this picture, I need few changes. This picture is about a facebook ads post(sponsored ads you see when you browse facebook). This picture is talking about how to make people click on your post. In this picture he used few tricks to achieve that purpose which is enlisted below:- 1) He has used big hands to make the picture look off from the existing facebook posts. 2) He used the same background color(blue) as facebook is using so that it looks bright and catch the attention from the facebook users 3) He used funny cartoon picture which make the people click on the post(person with no nose, no hair, big hands) but still matching with the title of the facebook post. What is required:- I need a person who can edit this picture or create a new one by working in the similar fashion by implementing similar trick like cartoon person with no nose in black business suit/tie etc The above is just one requirement for one particular picture, I need a person who can work on an hourly budget or if the task is going to take less than an hour, then on fixed price for another similar tasks too.
