Get a Website Built

I have a client - a music publishing company - who needs an ecommerce website built in order to handle the sale and authorization of music licenses. The current process is a very manual process which needs to be replaced with a mostly automated system. The new site would need to be public-facing, it would need to have music tracks for preview, and a customized checkout process. The checkout process would be as follows: -> music track selection -> complete application form (mostly auto-populated if existing customer) & select type of license required -> depending on the type of license requested, it would either ask for more info and be put in a queue to be manually processed by a human, or the checkout process would continue -> calculate price based on track details, and requested license -> present relevant license agreement via docusign and requires signature before continuing -> customer pays calculated price using credit card, or has the option of bank transfer. Ideally this would be with WordPress or some other user-friendly CMS;, My client want's direct access to the CMS due to experiences with inconsistent communication with his previous hosting company in the past.
