Development of a MUltiple Listing Service and Website

Good morning, I’m looking for an avid programmer with experience in MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Systems. This is a backend program. I’m creating a real estate website, I will; • Sale • Rent • Sell and Rent • Temporary Rent • Projects The developer must create this MLS based on a master application which I have developed that will satisfy fields from other real estate websites which I am a member of. The idea is to post a property in many websites using my website only. I also need the System to do a post on my facebook fan page and twitter account. I have already done the research and compiled data requirements to satisfy the fields required by the other websites. I am a member of 7 websites for rent and temporary rent, and 6 for sales. We will start the MLS with these tasks. I will provide you further instructions on how to post to these websites individually. The User will: • register to the website • fill out a form • upload pictures or video • Google GPS the property The Administrator can delete Users and Properties and modify the properties The administrator also approves of the property before its posted. The website is in a development phase, we’re working on it from scratch, on the meantime I need a solution for an MLS system. You can also let me know if you’re capable of structuring and completing other tasks in the development of a real estate website which in the end I would like it to look like [login to view URL] (design wise).
