Develop private Shopify application for API Integration to my Shopify Store

I have currently set up a complete e commerce store on Shopify. However I need to create an extremely basic private application that can connect to the API of my manufacturer and communicate with them. The functionalities I would like the API to have are: • Be able to import all the products (images, description, variations etc.) on the manufacturers site and place them on my store with the exact categories eg. By product type, by brand. • Import stock quantity and availability. • Import all the prices. • Have a functionality where I can put the re-sell price of my own choice based on the percentage of profit margin I would like to create. E.g if I am getting a product at £5 I would like to be able to easily decide if I want to sell it at £5 + 15% more etc. I also have all the API documentation from my manufacturer. I would need someone who can communicate regularly and provide daily updates on Skype and someone who can gather my requirements in depth on Skype too so they know exactly what I need creating. When sending me quotes please explain in detail how you will develop this and provide technical solution that I can check up as I have had experiences where freelancers say they are experts in the job but can't get it one when given the task.
