Design some Icons with content attached

I would like 2 pictures to be made, icons with explanation of the actions to be made. 1) WE want to indicate to customers that we accept only 2 forms of payment. This will be located on the invoice they are sent. I would like it to be very east to understand with imagery(icons). Payment methods: PayPal Credit Card Content - Please visit Control Panel to make payment. ** I have attached an example. 2) We would like an image created of a step by step process breaking down how invoicing works. When the invoice is sent, paid and service is suspended. The invoicing cycle: 14 day before due date, invoice is generated > due date > 7 days after due date, service suspension step 1) Invoice is sent to customer 14 days before due date step 2) Due date (if automatic payment is set up, payment is taken now) step 3) 7 days after due date if not payment is not made, service is suspended.
