Design project

I need a website designed. Hi all, I have a concept which needs to be converted to a website design and mockup. Need people capable of originality and creativity and an ability to understand the vision of the concept. Need the following - 1. Logo and icon designs reflecting the concept. 2. Website design - end to end logical workflow of the concept. 3. Incorporate gamification concept to keep users engaged and keep coming back. 4. Graphics design (if needed) 5. No development needed. Only the mock ups and logos and designs needs to be submitted as part of the deliverables. I want to see take a look at your most creative and original web designs. If any experience in gamification is an advantage. I will give a walk through of the concept once I shortlist you.
