Design images to appear on weebly product/storefront pages

I'm pricing products based on distance from a fixed point. For example: within a 5 mile radius, 10 miles radius, etc. I need a simple graphic to easily illustrate this. I'm thinking it would be a map underlay - blurred a bit so the city isn't recognizable since this is available across the US. On top of that would be the numbers representing the distance and something to represent the amount of distance. For example: the number 5 with one circle around it, 10 with two circles around it, etc. I need this graphic for 5 miles, 10 miles, 15 miles, 20 miles, 25 miles and 30 miles
