THE DESIGN CREATIVITY IS YOUR WORK ;) So with that said what am I looking for in you, the traits I am looking for in the perfect candidate are: - Creative, experienced designer (stylish, new designs that people would wear). - Experience in garment industry and in creating high quality vector designs - Thorough, very detailed and organised with your work. - Efficient, fast and proactive way of working (you'll get min. 5 design requests per day) - Communicative and that can implement clear and simple instructions into great designs (simple text all the way to complex designs). - Fast responsiveness when required for tasks. - Fast internet speed. Skype account. - Availability during clearly set working hours to pop out as many designs as possible (insert your time schedule here in your timezone) If this sounds like you, please answer the screening questions in order to pass the test for an interview.
