I am looking for a graphic designer to design a T-Shirt. I am attaching you a design that I came up with and a clip art that I liked. I am placing it on the back of a yellow shirt The penguin clip art needs to have the frame removed and the background only keep the penguin and fire hydrant. I know that I have the bottom lettering to big, but needs to be uniformed. I will be heat pressing them to the shirts, so the graphic will need to be done in the proper format. please contact me for more info if needed
