Design a Political Yard Sign for use in the U.S.

A standard American political yard sign is 18 inches by 24 inches. (45.72cm x 60.96cm). The sign can look similar to the ones I will upload to this project as a template. My last name is " ULMER " and it should be the biggest and most prominent item on the sign. People drive by the signs in cars, they sign needs to be read quickly. The second item is "NC HOUSE" which is the office. At the top in smaller letters, the party name "Libertarian". I would like it if at the bottom the website is available "[login to view URL]" A blue color scheme with yellow highlights is preferred. You may NOT use more than two colors. Printers charge extra for additional colors. Two colors only. If you can work in the the Libertarian "Torch" in blue and gold that would be nice. I need the file sent as a PDF and JPEG. If you have it in an SVG that would also be helpful.
