Design an HTML enewsletter template

I need the following created as an HTML template. The design and layout needs to be altered to break up the "walls of text" and so that it reads easily. None of this information will link back to the clients website as they are are in the process of having it rebuilt. The emails needs to be responsive on mobiles and the table of data in their needs be seen on mobile and tablet devices. As this is a template the content will change each week but will generally stay in the same format. There needs to be a link for PDF downloads of the newsletter in there too. I will be sending this via Mailchimp.
