Design a Flower Tattoo Shirt

I would like to create a design for the front of a t-shirt that would fill up about 15x15 inches. The design is to beonly one or two colors, and I need the image to be grouped together so that I can change these colors with very little experience in Illustrator. This will be printed on black shirts so I would like the design to be white and red or light blue, mainly white. I need the files in illustrator and Photoshop format. I would like the design to be based off of the picture attached It is very important that the design is symmetrical, even on both sides. It is important to note that this is for a mens clothing line, so nothing too feminine in the design. As you can see by the pictures I am not looking for much color, most of it is linework. I will also need the words "Oblivious Threads" in the design somewhere If you accept this project, I will have a contract for you to sign that gives me all the rights to the design, and lets me do as I please with it after.
