Design 4 App Mockups Urgently

Hi there, I need 4 simple app mockups. It needs to be simple, look professional, and as instructed below. I will pay $20 for 4 screen mockups. Fixed price. First, as a sample, design the HOME PAGE. The home page should show the menu bar at the top and list different business categories that a person a can choose from. Above the categories I would like two buttons. One for categories and one for Businesses nearby, like the two buttons on the app mockup on the left side of [login to view URL] Something like the attachment but better. The footer needs a bottom navigation bar like [login to view URL] Tabs should be Home, Profile, Fun Facts, Coupons and Best Practices. Hurry up, will give additional details too, very soon!
