Design an App Mockup for iOS and Android

I am a developer currently looking to hire a professional to create a design + flow of an application for iOS and Android. You would be provided a functional documentation that comprehensively describes the major functionality that the application is going to have. We need the application design to be Flat Style and to facilitate this, we are going to also provide 2 Designer Kit with many elements already pre-built for your use. It is not a requirement that you are to use those Design Kits however it's recommended that you reference them. What would be provided to you? 1) Functional Documentation - Outline of all features 2) Material + DO Design kit for your reference You would also be required to create graphic designs with animation for a fundraising campaign. More details regarding second part of this project would be provided after initial design is complete. What deliverables are expected of you? 1) Flow of the application with details on gesture and functionality 2) Concept design of the application 3) Files containing design for various screen resolution for iOS and Android (exact versions of OS would be decided during our conversation, this is for the US and EU market so we do not need to work on ultra legacy resolutions) We expect the turnaround of this application design to be fairly quick (1 week tops) as development has already started. Regarding the actual project, we are making a sleeker version of Yelp style listing application that would also have chat features. It is going to be a social hub where users can easily search (based on their current geo location) the nearest stores while being able to chat either directly with the store and/or with other users in the same region (large scale group chat).
