Creating 20 HTML5 banners of different sizes and proportions (URGENT)

I am looking for someone, who can make HTML5 banners with 3 slides. In TP_UCB1508456 file you can find the exact proportions needed (in tab "Rozměr"). Next to it there a max size in kb. The banners will look like this: having 3 slides. First 1a, 2, 3 won't be included and logo on 4. With effects such as fading in, or those two shoes moving a little. (more in kdykoliv_kdekoliv file) URGENT PROJECT! Need to get deadline and costs estimates to check with my supervisor before proceeding.
