To create a website which can offer the user the following services; User account Upload Debt information (Debtor, amount, debt reference, type of debt, date of debt etc...) Simple deb'steps' in the debt management , including pre generated emails and letters to the debtor The user should deposit a fixed amount onto 'account ' to avoid non payment after the service has been provided Monthly charge to the user based upon A) No. of emails sent B) Number of Letters sent C) Reduced amount of debt PHP site, the simpler the better.
