Create iOS Location based communications App

I need an iOS / Android based app - designed for communicating with one another based on location based and category based. This is almost like a Tinder app used for requesting tickets from local events / locations. There are two types of users: User and Service Provider. Service Provider: This user lists the Companies they represent. User: This user is looking for entry at the companies that the services providers provide. This app will only be used in a single city location for now, and expanding out. Requirements of app from USER: 1) Log in as user and you see on a map the "Service Providers" available (Not specific location but for example: 1000 feet, 1/4 Miles, etc. 2) User selects the company he/she wants to visit or click on a "Service Provider" to see what companies they represent. 3) User than requests for entry to the company from the service provider. 4) Service provider can than share location for a meetup to receive tickets. 5) User can link Facebook and import photos from facebook as profile picture. ---- Requirements from Service Provider: 1) Log into app as Service Provider, and link with Facebook. 2) Provide company email (non yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc) to be Certified (create certified badge in profile) or use non company email to set up (no certified badge) 3) Select companies that they present 4) Service Provider can respond to ticket requests from USER and can correspond with user via In-app chat system. ---- banner ad to be on bottom of ad that can be customized with ads or manual upload banner. Also pop up add required.
