Create a crest/badge/logo

Hi, I am looking for someone to put together a crest/patch for my troop. A full brief is provided below and further discussion will be required prior to accepting a bid. I need someone who is willing to work with me and provide four options with minor colour differences and make minor adjustments as necessary. While I have a good idea of the image I want, I am willing to accept suggestions/ideas on what could work better. General (for all four options) Dimensions and outline shape: As per ‘Grizzly’ file Text above central circle: A SQN, 4/19 PWLH Text below: LATCHFORD Font of text: Something similar to ‘Ghost Recon’ file Objects in central circle: Will include a horses head and rifle. Follow general layout of ‘Ghost Recon file’ for positioning. The horse’s head and neck is from the ‘Black horse no shoulders’ file. Below the horse’s head is to be a silhouette of the rifle provided in the ‘Rifle’ file (the silhouette should be in the style of the ‘Ghost Recon’ file). On the left hand side of the horse’s head is to be the number ‘2’, with ‘TP’ on the right hand side, similar to in the ‘Grizzly’ file. Option One Colour Scheme: Outline of circles/text boxes: Black (as in the ‘Grizzly file’) Central circle background: Red and white – similar to the ‘Grizzly’ file, however with the red and white reversed so the red is on the bottom and the white is on top and with the diagonal reversed. As per the ‘Badge’ file.
