Create an app for daily ebook recommendations

We need an app that shows the user one ebook recommendation per day. References to similar apps will be provided. Interface should look nice. Push messages should be supported.
Users should be able to select their favourite store: Kindle or Apple (iOS) resp. Kindle or Google (Android).
Recommendations should be pulled from a password protected website (WordPress based) where they are automatically posted each day, separately for each store. Data items: Store URL, original price, description, cover image, length, rating, genre.
Please quote the price for iOS only. When finished, we need an Android version too. We'll pay the same amount for that as for the iOS version. You should be able to create both versions. It's a plus if you can do Windows phone as well (please specify in your application).
