Website template to be built based on drawings in the attached document. The template is to be based on wordpress with a standard menu set up. I will require 3 page template: Home Page, Page with side bar, and a full width page. I will also require 2 contact form pages (one if for making appointments). Fully responsive.
The colours throughout the theme are to match with the colours in the logo, and the patterned purple background is as is provided in the attached document.
