I need someone to design a graphic that we will use for an OSD (On-Screen Display) project. What this means is, the graphic will be loaded into a video recording device, and will appear on a TV screen over the recorded image.
What i need is a graphic that will look similar to what you see on TV when you watch F1 car racing, or Moto GP racing. We use this graphic to display the name of the pilot, the laptime information, etc.
The graphic file should be a maximum of 64 colors, in .BMP format, and we also need the original .PSD file. We have attached a few pics of similar graphics for your reference. It is a small project, but we need a top quality design. It is also a very unique and different project, if you like things out of the ordinary.
