I'll do the job with Bootstrap. I've never worked with a WISIWYG tool before. So your website will be way clean from the bottom up. I start from wireframing, mockups and then to the Hi fi prototype which is just another technical for the final product. You'll be able to clearly see the result in each step clearly and decide a lot of applicative results that you want. And I think 40 $ to me is very reasonable for my service. This'll be my first job on Freelancer. I'm looking for an open communication channel between if you decide to let me do the job.
