Construction Post Card

The postcard I need is going to be a 5 x 7, and the file has to be PDF at 300 dpi. I need both the front of the postcard and the back of the card created. Please be sure to leave room on the back of the card for an address. One price. One place Let me give you a little background. I have virtually no preference on what goes on the front of the card and what goes on the back of the card and nothing needs to be bulletized unless you feel some items should be bulletized. However, I would like all of the above information someplace on the card. Also, these programs are for construction people who hold multiple construction licenses. Those licenses are called Unrestricted Construction Supervisor, and Hoisting Engineer. The people to whom I will be sending this postcard normally have to go to multiple places to get their continuing education credits.
