I am seeking an experienced developer/designer to establish a new website focused on the administration of commercial leases for landlords. While there are many “property management” software packages in the marketplace for residential multi-family landlords ([login to view URL], etc.) but I am developing a similar online Landlord experience specifically related to commercial shopping centers, plazas, etc. I have vast ownership and landlord experience in this field and I am hoping to find a developer who has at least some experience and/or knowledge of commercial real estate. I am going to start out with a simple website, just to capture market response and manually process submitted forms. From there, I would like to move to full automation, notification, etc. Therefore, I am looking for an ongoing web development and management relationship. Initially, I would like the site to feel robust and well designed, - much like Property.com. Users will need to register and provide a minimum of 20 portfolio variables for the test account. The site will also require the ability to charge a monthly recurring fee – I will attach my merchant account information once it is up and running. I have a four year degree in Computer Science, so I am aware of many new and efficient technologies.
