here is that you don't need to type in the full product name just the
product code will do 90% of the time)
>> Sam gets a response on her phone (.. a few seconds later)
Sam gets a text back on her phone "The Best 3 Prices found for ACME
TY9908 42inch LCD HD TV rated 5/5 are £1050, £1240, £1340 go to
[login to view URL] to buy"
>>Sam is amazed that she could save £300 by going online, she is also
happy with the positive 5/5 rating of the product – confirming her
selection decision! (..this is where the story should split since
>>there are two courses of action that can take place (we need to show both somehow)
Sam leaves the shop – then shown going to her PC (at home) and buying
online – she is very happy she used AskRav. Sam shows the shopkeeper the text – the Shop keeper begrudgingly reduces the price to match the cheapest price – Sam is very happy she used AskRav – just 25pence saved her £300! (need to get this across)
