I need you to recreate this WordPress page - [login to view URL] when you get to the section called children section I need a the following to happen. when you pick the number of children (0-6) another section should show up based on the number of children selected. For example, if you say you have 2 children, 2 sections should show up with a box for the first name, last name, age drop down (1-12) and drop down for sex (Male, Female). If you pick 0, nothing shows up. The data collected on this page needs to be sent to an external database. If possible I can be sent to contact form database. The page needs to look exactly like the [login to view URL] time line to get this done is 24 hrs.
