Build a Website - freelancers from Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Ukraine only

We need to build a website to be viewed in Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria. It will be mostly a presentation site, with limited customer interaction.

We can provide text in romanian, bulgarian + english.

We need web development, graphics, and then SEO + periodic maintenance and update + support for Google ads and Facebook ads. Since we are the end beneficiary, we are searching not only for a tech guy who implements a specific task or writes a specific code, but for a long-term partner who can advise on what solutions are technically available for the output we need.

In principle, for an easier communication, we take in consideration only suppliers from Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria or Ukraine.

We need a fluent speaker and writer of either english or romanian and we give great priority to someone who is able to issue a legal invoice.

Because of distance and different cultures, for this project we are NOT considering suppliers based anywhere else but in the above-mentioned countries, so please refrain for applying from elsewhere as it would be a waste of your and our time.
